Rules for Everyone (Overview)

There are rules that all Infinitie members, both free and paid account members, need to know and follow. These rules are created to protect you and keep our network a safe place to transact, as well as participate in our Community.
 

Rules about General Member Conduct

Infinitie Members cannot:

• Interfere with the Infinitie Site
• Use Profanity on the site
• Infringe on our intellectual property
• Continue to use our services if a member's account is suspended
• Be in violation of our Service Non-Payment (SNP) Policy

In addition to the above policies, the following rules regarding Identity also apply:

Infinitie Members:

• Must be at least 13 years old for free accounts, 18 years old for paid accounts
• Cannot misrepresent their identities.
• Must always provide valid and complete contact information
• Cannot publish the contact information of other members
• Must use their account, and choose any Community ID's according to our rules.

Actions we take based on specific violations

Violations of Infinitie Networks policies are not tolerated and may result in a range of actions, including:

• Limits on account privileges
• Restrictions on account access
• Forfeiture of Infinitie Services fees on restricted, limited or terminated accounts
• Loss of Preferred Member Status
• Request for a security deposit on an active account
• Account Suspension
• Referral to Law Enforcement

• Phishing Schemes
• Pyramid Schemes
• Excessive Resource Usage
• Unsolicited Email Spam

Minor Offenses

• Underage User
• Use of excessive Profanity
• Unauthorized Publication of Contact Information

Serious Offenses

• False or missing contact information
• Harassment through email or other electronic vehicle
• Seller Non-Performance (Infinitie Stores & Verified Merchants)
• Trademark & Intellectual Property Violations
• Previously Suspended Users

Severe Offenses

• Prohibited and Infringing Content
• Child Pornography
• Hate Propaganda or content in relation
• Warez Sites or content in relation

Information Regarding Administrative Actions taken by Infinitie Networks

Infinitie Networks will review and consider the history of each individual who is reported prior to taking disciplinary action.

Disciplinary action may range from a formal warning up to Indefinite suspension of a user's account. Out of fairness if a person is unable to provide visible proof regarding an offense, Infinitie Networks will not be able to take action, without absolute certainty.
