Our Policy Governing Data Retrieval for Suspended Users
When a member is indefinitely suspended from the Infinitie that individual
loses all membership privileges to our network and is not permitted to use our
network, or register new accounts while an active suspension is in place.
After a member account is suspended indefinitely, we typically keep the user
generated data on our servers for 30 - 60 days to allow the user the opportunity
to appeal our decision.
In the event it is decided that the member does not qualify for reinstatement or
the member chooses not to apply for reinstatement, depending on the violation
that led to the suspension the user may request a CD backup of all data that was
located within their account at time of suspension.
How much does it cost?
We have designed a flat fee schedule for data retrieval, the following fees
apply to have data retrieved and a copy provided to the member:
Fee: $50 for the first 1GB of data or less; $30 per 1GB thereafter

What happens next?
If your account has been suspended and you wish to retrieve data from that
account and your account is not eligible for reinstatement, you may place an
order to retrieve your
data from us within 30 days of your original suspension notice.
